You benefit from the current thinking on evidence-based HRT as well as non-hormonal options, supplements and lifestyle changes to help you to thrive.

Follow up menopause consultation

We will review your HRT after three months of treatment, then annually.
You will have the opportunity to discuss how things are going since your previous appointment.

Testosterone add on
£100*
If you feel as if your oestrogen and progesterone are optimised but you are still struggling with symptoms, particularly loss of libido, then you may want to try testosterone.
GPs can be reluctant to prescribe testosterone, despite being in the NICE and BMS menopause guidelines as there is currently no licensed product.
Please be aware that to prescribe testosterone safely you will need to have a blood test before starting (baseline) and then a repeat blood test at three months to make sure your levels remain in the normal female range.
